Shipping
All my books are independently written by me, and printed through a trusted company. My print accessories are also designed by me and printed through a trusted company. Bookmarks are designed by Getcovers (who also design my book covers) and printed and delivered by a trusted company.
I selected my printing companies to ensure good quality and swift, easy delivery. You can find more details about how my products are shipped and delivered here.
Ebooks
All my ebooks are delivered through Bookfunnel. When you purchase an ebook from me, you will receive an email from Bookfunnel within ten minutes. If you do not receive your bookfunnel email within ten minutes of your purchase, please check your spam folder.
Your bookfunnel email will contain links to download your ebooks. Ebooks can either be uploaded to your ereader of choice, such as your kindle or kobo, or you can use the bookfunnel app to read your purchased books.
You can download the bookfunnel app from the iStore (on iPhone) or the Google Play Store (on Android phones.) The app icon looks like this:
Once you have downloaded your Bookfunnel app, make sure you log in with the same email address you used to purchase your ebooks from this store. Once logged in, you will find any ebooks you purchased from Rebecca L. Fearnley using this email address.

Print Books
My print books, including paperbacks (and future hardback products) are printed and delivered through Bookvault. Bookvault is a UK based company, trusted by many authors to safely produce and deliver their books. Bookfunnel deliver across Europe and various other territories, and also have a printer based in the US, which helps to keep delivery costs low. Upon purchasing your print book from my store, I will send a fulfillment request to Bookvault and they will ensure your book is shipped to you. Delivery within the UK or US typically takes 7-10 days. This may be a little longer (14-20 days) for other territories.
Once your book has been shipped, you should receive a fulfillment email from me so you know your book is on its way.

Accessories
My accessories are printed by two companies. Bookmarks are produced through Printify, and other accessories are produced through Tpop. I chose these companies for their sustainability ethos and because they provide high-quality, long-lasting pieces that my readers and customers can use for many years after purchase.
Both Printify and Tpop are US based companies, which helps to keep delivery costs low in this territory. Both companies also ship worldwide. Delivery within the US is typically 7-10 days, but this may be up to 20 days for other territories.
Once your product has been shipped, you should receive a fulfillment email from me so you know your order is on its way.

Returns Policy
Ebooks and Digital Products
I do not offer returns on ebooks or digital products unless they are purchased in error (this is because they are delivered digitally and so cannot be returned.)
If you have trouble downloading your ebook, please check your email (including your spam or junk folder) for an email from Bookfunnel. Your unique links will be delivered through this program. If you are still having trouble getting hold of your ebook, please use the contact form to get in touch.
Paperbacks
I do offer returns or exchanges for paperback books if you change your mind about your purchase. You may return or exchange print books up to 21 days after purchase. I will offer full refunds within this period, but cannot pay for returns postage. Please use the contact form to get in touch if you require a return or an exchange.
Accessories
